By submitting a loan request, you authorize GetQuickCash.ca and our lending partners to access your credit report or credit score from credit bureaus such as Equifax, TransUnion, or CRIF.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting our support team.
GetQuickCash.ca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Loan approval, loan amount, and disbursement are not guaranteed and depend solely on lender evaluation.
You agree to indemnify and hold GetQuickCash.ca, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Once a loan is disbursed, it cannot be canceled.
If an overpayment occurs, the excess amount will be refunded within 30 days after reconciliation.
If your credit score is below 700, you may be eligible for the GetQuickCash Credit Improvement Program, offered in partnership with recognized Canadian credit bureaus.
Program features:
Eligibility may be granted within 2 hours after guidelines and bank verification are completed.
Completed program transactions may be reflected on your credit report, helping increase your score.
Loan amounts may be disbursed within 1 hour after required security funds are received.
Failure to Repay Under This Program May Result In:
Account suspension or freezing
A credit score drop of up to 100 points
Blacklisting from loans with financial institutions for up to 2 years
Negative reporting to credit bureaus
GetQuickCash.ca aligns with Canadian compliance guidelines and lenders may use wire transfer or direct deposit for fast processing.

You will only receive a loan offer and be approved for a loan if you meet GetQuickCash’s current credit standards, which include the following conditions: you do not currently have an active GetQuickCash loan, and you have not been declined by GetQuickCash within the last 30 days.
Any approval received is conditional to GetQuickCash’s standard review which may include verification of (i) your identity, (ii) information provided as part of your application, and (iii) your ability to repay.
GetQuickCash loans range from $500 to $10,000 with terms from 3 to 60 months.
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) offered depends on the assessment of your credit profile. Monthly payments and the total cost of borrowing shown in any received offer are estimated amounts and may differ from the actual amounts owed.
